I hope that you are enjoying a wonderful Thanksgiving with family and friends! If you’re a bachelor like me, or otherwise alone on the holiday, I’d encourage you to visit your local soup kitchen or homeless shelter, they’d probably appreciate the help and company on one of their busiest days of the year.
I’m definitely thankful for all of you, my readers, clients, and friends. Without all of you, life would be kind of empty, so thank you! I feel blessed to work with such a talented group of tax professionals, helping you to help your clients in their struggle against the big, bad wolf (the IRS). I am humbled by the opportunity to work with all of you.
Quick marketing tip: If you normally send out Christmas cards to your clients as a means of staying in touch or re-establishing contact before tax season, I’d like to suggest sending Thanksgiving cards. You can still do this, even if they’re a few days late. Christmas cards tend to get lost in the shuffle, and since so few people send Thanksgiving cards, they stand out and your clients are much more likely to remember them.
My “Black Friday” Offer To You
In the spirit of the holiday season, there is a local organization that I would like to help raise some extra money for. Most people don’t know this, but I’m a softy for any furry critter stuck in a cage. If I could, I’d take home every stray cat and dog I came across that needs a home.
Right now, the Humane Society of Southwest Washington is busting at the seams with kitties in particular. They need every dollar they can get right now to help feed and care for these cats.
So, here’s the deal: I’m going to help you out, and in turn you’re going to help the felines.
- Purchase any of our training courses between now and next Wednesday, and get 30% off your purchase. Use coupon code 30pets at checkout.
- In turn, I will make a donation to the Humane Society of Southwest Washington equal to 30% of regular price of the course.
You’ll get some great knowledge that will help you grow your tax practice, and the Humane Society gets to help some homeless kitties. Think of it as though you’re actually getting 60% off, but half of that is getting donated to help homeless pets.
Simply select the course you would like to receive from our course catalog, enter coupon code 30pets into the box in the lower left corner of the Google Checkout page when you get there, and you’ll save 30% off the regular course price, plus make an in kind 30% donation of the regular price to the Humane Society of Southwest Washington.
This offer is valid on all of our products, including add-on tax lien download credits, priced at $99 or more.
Thank you again for allowing me to serve you and your tax practice this year, and thank you for helping care for cute little furballs here in Vancouver. Have a great Thanksgiving!
